| Ministry at First Church is based on our
Mission Statement and
Values We Must Embrace. We
are involved in a variety of ministries offering opportunities for all ages. Just a few of
these events and opportunities are listed below. Feel free to contact us

Children's Education
Sunday School is offered for all children from Pre-school through
Senior High each Sunday from September through May. Our Early
Childhood/Elementary Sunday School
program is based on the Rotation Method which explores the the Bible and
our faith through the word, music, arts, drama and more. Each year the
Sunday School performs a Christmas and Pageant. During the
summer months Sunday School is offered for our youngest members with
activities for the older children in the service.
Vacation Bible School is
also held for one action-packed week each summer. Nursery care is provided
year round. |
Youth Ministries
Our youth fellowship is open to all students in
grades 6 - 12. During the summer months we do not meet weekly, but meet
for frequent activities and fund-raisers. Some of our activities
throughout the year include carwashes, pool parties, a talent show, a
hayride and other holiday activities, service projects, a summer mission trip as well as other fun activities. If you are

Father Donyen Ministries
First Church helps to support this important mission in Liberia.
Click here to learn more. Most recently two
generous church members were able to purchase a desperately needed
bicycle for the mission. |
Food Bank
Our food bank is currently serving 25-28 families per week. The food bank
is open 10:30 – Noon on Thursdays and 6:00 - 7:00 PM the first and third
Thursday evenings of the month. |
Mission Trips
Local, national and international mission experiences for adults and youth
are planned throughout the year. For more information please call the
